TH!NK - Free Your Mind from Prejudice
More than 150 different activities are organised in more than 31 countries. People all over Europe stand united against racism and intolerance!

Voices without Frontiers
More than 500 community radio stations Europe-wide and more than 2000 stations world-wide are broadcasting anti-racist programmes via satellite on 21 March 2002.

During the European-wide Action Week Against Racism thousands of people will set a counter-trend against institutionalised intolerance and for a more open and just world. The variety of activities includes demonstrations, discussions, round tables, conferences, radio shows, press campaigns, anti-racist education programs, theatre, cabaret, films and concerts. Organisations from Georgia to Ireland and from Portugal to Russia aim to improve possible practices against racism, organise discussions on problems that exist and protest against the persistance of racism in our societies.

UNITED co-operates this year especially actively with AMARC-Europe and the "Voices Without Frontiers" event. Local community radio stations will broadcast anti-racist programmes via satellite all over the world.

It is the variety and creativity of many different simultaneous activities all over Europe that make the campaign unique:
- In France the nation-wide project "Week of Education Against Racism" takes place in many cities during the whole month of March
- In Norway a huge "Concert Against Racism" is organised, where around 25.000 people are expected
- In Ireland, the Netherlands and Poland dozens of demonstrations, festivals, discussions and showing of films and radio-shows against racism take place during the Action Week.
Many organisations work against the increased intolerance in the aftermath of 11 September. Discussions and round tables on that theme will take place in Albania, Great-Britain, Germany, Romania, Russia and other countries.
