UNITED Database Questionnaire

UNITED will be producing a CD-ROM with the (public) addresses of migrant-, refugees-, anti-racist-, anti-fascist-, minority-, intercultural youth- and other organisations in Europe that are active in the struggle against intolerance and xenophobia.
This CD-ROM will be distributed Europe-wide. A CD-ROM can include more data than our annual European Address Book Against Racism can on paper, so we would like to include a few lines on your organisation and its activities.

Please check the data we have in our online database for your organisation, and inform us about corrections and additions (5 lines about your aims and activities) by returning this form.
